A guy told me that there was gonna be 50 frozen catalpa worms waitin for me for free the next time I go to the marina, so I have a few questions about em.

    1) Can you put them on octopus circles, or should I just use j-hooks?

    2) What rig should I use on em?

    3) Can you post a picture or diagram of the rig?

    4) How would I store them while fishing if they're frozen?

    5) How would I store them when I'm home and have some left over?

I've never heard or tried to refreeze them but I don't see why it wouldn't work.

    Good luck.

    1. i would suggest u use kahle hooks, thats my favorite cause they are harder to get them off the hook, loose less bait.
    2. thats totally up to your preference i would think
    3. no i cant cause i dont have a diagram of wht i use
    4. keep them on ice to keep them chilled (thats the way i do anyway)
    5. i refreeze mine in water that has garlic powder added to it.

    hope this helps.
