Took a day off of work and fishin to try my hand at some deer huntin today. 2 months into deer season and I decide to finnally go hunting and man was it a good choice. 3 hours into my hunt and after passing up on dozen or so does and 1 13" 6 point a WOPPER of an 8 point come out chasing does and finnally worked his way into bow range 30 yards and the rest is history. This is not my biggest buck I have ever killed but by far my biggest with the bow. 8 point, 180lbs, 15.5"inside spread.

Dang man....The main branches on that monster are enormous! In the end, the patient man is rewarded. Great job!

Sweet, Man that is a nice one there James. Been doing a bit of hunting myself . Nothing that nice yet but I have put a few in the cooler. Jaybird got himself a nice little 3 pointer the other day. Your buddy from down on the PEE DEE ( Rick Stevens) came up and went hunting with us the weekend before last. He didn't shoot but he saw several. His dad Jack bagged a nice heavy beamed 6 point 15" spread.
