Question for you all ,This 115 was run lean and 2 pistons had small hole burn't in them. The cylinders look good and no scoring. Question is do you think I could get by with 4 new pistons and rings allowing there is no clearance or bearing problems. And of course carb overhaul.

Give the cylinders a good honing and go for it. My brother did the same thing and I honed his cylinders and put in new pistons and it runs like a raped ape. It's been going strong for 4 years now.

If the other two pistons are in good shape go ahead and use them. Ain't no since in replaceing them if they are still good. Do the two and new rings all the way around and good hone job. Rebuild carbs well you got a good head about that any way. Let us know how it turns out.
