I know this is a little bit of a delayed report, but I hit up the White River here in Indianapolis this past Friday afternoon and the channels cats were on fire. Water was still up a little bit and stained conditions. I wish fishing a muddy flat off of a current break near a bridge with cut creek chubs as the go to bait. For 2 hours it was non stop action, I couldnt keep a line out there for more then 5 minutes without getting a bump or a grand slam hit. Didn't get any huge ones, but managed about 16 channels, mostly in the 2-5lb range. The biggest of the day was 8.3lbs that I got to test out my new digi scale with.:smile2: ...Now I really gotta go out and get my first flathead of the year so I can get my catfishing season going with some good momentum. Good luck everybody and tight lines.
