I have a BIG problem I believe. I replaced my water pump because I was I noticed I was only getting water at 3/4 to full thotal. I replaced the water pump and placed the muffs on it and started it up. Every thing worked great. started no problem I got it pissing water. etc . I then shut it off and took the cowling off and started it again and heard a sound that I could not hear with the cowling on upon inspection I discovered that a small piece of the block had broken off and has left a small hole, about the 1/2 the size of a pencil eraser on the bottom in the front side of the motor block about 2 inches below the bottom carb. The question I have is Do I need to replace the motor or do you think I can I JB weld the piece back in place and be fine.
