3x10x4 bearings for abu 7000?

    I have read the post regarding the 6000,but schematics dont say the size of the brass bushing in my red 7000 that I want to replace with a bearing?all help would be appreciated.Has anyone done this to a 7000? thanks yall!

    Let me check with my suppler I think they stock the ones for the red 7000's as I have one and was thinking about doing the same to mine. I can get the kits or each bearing by its self. Along with other parts.

    Hio....if you have an earlier 7, (pre 1981), the joisy/eastern boys have a saying:

    fuggeddaboudit.....

    The early 7's use a hybrid bushing with a larger bore than 3mm, and a smaller bore than 4 mm... it's a very snug 1/8".

    Red 7's from mid-year 81 to present, all use the 3 x 10 x 4 bushing, so the bearing of that size (naturally) drops right in.

    Yes that is right. it shows these fits all Abu 7000's 3x10x4 MM Stainless spool bearings
    Also same ones fit Most Calcutta, older Abu 5000's,6000's Many Shimano baitcasters.
