Well it's finally finalized. The Third Annual Powerhouse Bash in Keokuk, Iowa July 24-25 2010. The fishing for BRAGGING rights Tournament is on the Sat. July 24th. 6am-with a 3pm weigh in time. Once again we are managing to keep everything free. We encourage you to bring swapmeet stuff, or stuff to sell. There is going to be a fish fry directly after the weigh in. All fish must be weighed in alive, and released if you do not want them. Last years winner was Keith Krohe from Table Grove Ill., with a 26lb blue cat. There is going to be free tent camping again, and camper hookup are 16 dollars per night, this is water and electric with a dump station 1/2 mile away.
The reason we took so long to finalize is that the Southside Boat Club which was taken out by the flood of 08, has moved to our knoll on Hubingers landing. so we get the spot that they had used. There is a concret slab, and if you bring horse shoes, there is a pit. Also we are closer to the boat ramp. Should the docks get put in they would be at our feet kinda. Anyway the Bash is on and we are looking forward to meeting old friends, and making new ones. Hope to see you there. Andy (1sporticus)
