First off I would like to say hello to all of my BOC Family, I have missed you all. Alot has changed since I have been here and I sure will miss Tony Spergin. I also wish Tea the best of luck and hope everything works out the best it can for him and his family. Reading through all the newer posts made me realize even more what a great bunch of truly caring and giving BOC brothers and sisters we all have to help each other through the good and the not so good times, makes me proud to call myself a BOC member. I have been unable to fish for over two years because of a worn out back and a few operations. To make a long story short my old friend and fishing partner (John Fuchs) talked me into going after flatheads from the banks of the Mighty Muskingum (my favorite river) this weekend. I believe I was welcomed back to the Muskingum in a big way. Within two hours of casting the big goldfish from my Ambassadeur 7000c3 I had hooked into a heavy, strong fish. Got him landed, photographed and weighed in at 37 pounds and 11 ounces and he was quickly released. I just couldn't resist showing him off and doing a little braggin' to my fellow members. I will definitely be hitting the flathead waters several more times before the cold weather sits in on us. I am very excited to be able to fish again and be a part of this great BOC family.
