27 inch Fatty

    Was a cool 36 degrees this morning, but the sun was shining so I headed to the Minnesota for a hour or two and caught this 27 inch carp

    most of my friends think I am crazy, but I like fishing for carp with light line 6or8lb test.did not get to go this year to many days in hospital ,love the way those fish fight !great catch bro. what bait were you using I like can corn. keep it up.

    Thanks guys

    I normally use canned corn, but I caught that 1 on a night crawler. I was using my ugly stick catfish/6500c3 with #50 power pro, still a nice fighter tho

    Most of my friends think that I'm crazy too because under the right conditions I will use my Scooby Doo rod for carp. What a blast. :wink:

    I seen a redfish tour. on tv that gave you bonus points for using a snoopy rod. the guy that won the tour. only used the snoopy rod he did not need the bouns points he bet them by weight.:smile2:
