& I can't wait for Bluesey to open his gifts. I've put in 2 1/2 hrs in on one of his gifts this morning for Christmas this year of which I'm not done with. There's no question that he'll be able to enjoy it more than I will.

I've put in 8 hrs on Bluesey's Christmas gift I'm not done with it yet. I was just wondering what or how far would you go to make something for someone. I think that a 25" x 25" x 20" cabin should do the trick. :cool2:

I've made quite a few Custom Gifts through the years. Some of them didn't require too much time, but some things like custom bird houses, mail boxes, and plow disc fish cookers have taken some time. For a loved one, as far as I'm concerned there are no limitations on time or effort just to provide some enjoyment...

I agree. Even though I'm making this cabin for a pink stuffed cat, it's totally priceless.

    1. The almost finished product.
    2. Downstairs with fireplace.
    3. Upstairs loft.

Two doors, 12 windows & maybe 2 Cape Cod units.

After my 2nd attempt to make the Cape Cod windows, I've just simply gave up. Too much trouble & time, I guess. :confused2:

I have the cabin done except for the Cape Cod windows. It's heavy enough that it'll be hard to wrap & that a bow should do the trick.
