Jay, I did'nt think anyone else around here used the fishing forecast it seems I go there almost before everytrip to see if it is worth the drive.

What really bugs me is last year they did'nt have the flatheads on there looks like there back cool:smile2:

Woodson looks like the place for channels at 19.90

Anyone ever been to LEBO CITY LAKE? They shocked a 17.00 channel there. You have to have a city permint to fish though:sad2:.

Might be worth 12.00 for a big channel Imo.
Here are a couple of links about Lebo looks really close to Melvern.

THERE IS A LOT OF GOOD INFO IN THE FISHING FORCAST, WELL WORTH YOUR TIME TO STUDY IT A WHILE. I USE IT TO PICK NEW LAKES TO FISH THIS YEAR:roll_eyes:

Come on over to Lyon County SFL. It's not too far from Lebo and no extra permit required. Lots of eaters in there. I hooked in to some line breakers last year and landed 13.5 and 10.5 pound channels. Seen others catch some 15+ pound channels too.

It doesn't show big fish on the forcast but they're there. I look at it a lot too. I hope the crappie are growing out there! I only caught one last year.
