2008 Bow Kill

    I went out wednesday evenin after work and stuck this young doe. less than 15 yards from me. Shes sure gonna taste good. Felt good to get the first one of the year down. That is my niece in the pic. Just thought id share with yall.

    nice start to the season. here in texas we are still 2 weeks away. i did go axis hunting last week, but only saw whitetails. it is very dry in west texas. i probably should have hunted wind mills.

    Thanks guys. I had a real quick hunt. Was done cutting her up by little after dark. I like it that way. She was so close i had to shoot here between the shoulder blades. The grim reapers i switched to did a number on her. Very happy with them. Good luck to yall

    Great job on the first bowkill of the 2008. Nothing wrong with tagging a doe. I wish more guys around here would follow suit and do the same thing.:cool2: We have so many does here, it's crazy! Way to go Aaron!!:wink:
