200 lb. blue cat

    Did anyone else see the picture of the guy that caught that HUGE blue in North Carolina, he didn't bring her in to weigh, just took pictures alongside the boat and kicked her loose, if the pictures were unaltered, it would of been a NEW WORLD RECORD:eek:oooh:

    Yes, He is a member here on the BOC he goes by the user name "Radish". Great sportsman to not take that fish in to be weighed.

    i thought it was caught out of the muskingum river here in ohio! I heard it was soo heavy that his boat capsized and he had to fight it while in the water? :big_smile::cool2::eek:oooh: rollo

    Nope it was caught on the great Ms. near Greenville.

    That wouldn't be a problem on that river cause you can wade acrossed it in most places, LOL!!!

    there was a thread i think in the news section of the main forum, about brother radish making the local newspaper i think.. im pretty sure there is a pic. there you can view!! it was a hog!!!! rollo

    Well, Radish, Looks like yer a legend now! Thing I like the most is how ya caught that fish in N.Carolina and landed it in Greenville, Ms, LMAO Now thats a big fish!!!!!!!!! :smile2::smile2::wink::eek:oooh:

    I guess that's what happens when you are retired, I saw the thread and was just blown away with the size of the fish, later I tried to find the thread and couldn't:tounge_out:, I had to see if someone else hadseen it, my hat's off to Radish, he sure took care of MISS KITTY !!!:big_smile:

    I saw the first post of this fish a month or so ago. I also heard someone talking at work the other day and asked me if I had heard about the new world record Bluecat caught on the mississippi by a man who let it go...they said it weighed 300 lbs. I just turned and laughed and walked away.:crazy:
