It was Kenlaw and my turn to venture aboard the SeaArk with BOC brother Pip. We left Philly at around 8:30PM and arrived in Virginia by 11:30PM and Pip was ready to go.

We got out on the river by 1AM. After 12 hours of shooting the shit, Kenlaw and I were able to accomplish our goal of catching new PB bluecats. Kenlaw got a 45.5 and i got a 38.4 respectively.

I just want to thank Pip for his hospitality and generosity. He was not only generous enough to invite aboard his rig, but spent saturday catching enough bait for us to fish 12 hours. He took us to many of his honey holes. it was a blast and I cannot seriously thank you enough.

Please rep this man for me! I owe you one my friend!:cool2:

Tan and Ken are some pretty cool guys to hang out with. I enjoyed their company. These trips never seem to last long enough and never get old from where I sit. When you see somebody hook up and see that smile on there faces during the fight and when that cats gets to the boat. That moment says it all.

Ken joined the 40/40 club with respect to a flathead and a Blue over 40#'s. Tan up'd his PB, but had one on that might very well have been a lot bigger, but after 2 or 3 minutes the hook came out of it's mouth for whatever reason. Can only wonder what it was.

On a side note from the day before, I got to see that guy that Lenny, john and me seen standing on what looks like a surfboard paddling in the main channel. Only I got pictures of him this time. Right after i got the pictures, a 30' boat came by and wiped them both out with the wake from the boat. Only this time he had another guy with him that was just as crazy. From the pictures it just looks like they are standing on water.
