it wont start when its a little bit cool outside. i pull and pull and it wont start. i have fresh gas, new plugs, kill switch in the on position. pull the choke and nothing happens, push in the choke nothing happens. but when it warms up outside it starts right up and runs good. any idea what it is? i dont want to spray starter fluid in it because i heard that was bad for your engine. its aggrevating when i go out to fish in the mornings or check my lines and the stupid thing wont start.

Is your choke closing completely? What plugs are in it?

Cold engines like a lot of fuel.
