    1 out of the 2 plugs was loose I untighted it with my fingers not good. Both plugs were black. So I changed the origanal plugs got two neww champions and full throttle the propeper barly turns and shakes? Carb problem hopefully? Your thoughts? I was thinking possibly a bad mixture as my father eyeballs it :angry:

    From your description, it sounds more like the prop is loose on the shaft. On that small of a motor, there is usually a shear pin in the prop shaft that allows the prop to slip over it so the prop would turn with the shaft. If you still have the pen and everything there is ship shape, you should next look at the prop to see if the rubber bushing has disintegrated. If it's still tight, you probably have damage in the lower units gears. Lets hope it is one of the first two situations.
