140 looper johnson

Ok I'm stumped...... Someone PLEASE help me out I think prior owner had played with the cooling lines... Does anyone have a 140/120 that can look at their motor or someone please give me a link to water line diagram.... I have even thought the foot was bad(leaking) so I put a foot on that I know works but same results.. I have when to a web site that shows a beak down but there is one line coming off a elbow that is on the low side of block almost on the powerhead to midsection bolt up.... That is the one that blows the most water like it should be used for the overboard indicator... 911 Help LOL
