While you were reeling in your big 'ol hawg; I was frantically fighting what I thought was gonna be mine. (Little competition never hurts lol lol) First thought i was stuck on something but then it started moving...OMG.. I have done it...has to be at least 30+ lbs. The adrenalin is pumping...I'm gonna do it...look out guys, I'm going to join the ranks. I am proud to say I caught an approx. 5 lb LOG. Wood, ya know part of a tree. Does that count????
OK, best catch of the day until I get home. Have learned to back the trailer up, doing pretty good with it (pat on the back) and wipe out my mailbox!
But I got to see an eagle land in the nest...so a pretty good day after all. :0010:

I have been wanting to buy the Catt Maxx pole myself but I keep talking myself out of it due to it being black and I night fish so much. Think I could just paint the top portion of the pole and not damage it ???

    Steve,
Nice fish there dude, what a hog. I saw one almost that size yesterday too. The one that kicked our butts in a tourney that I fished with Vern. Pat Courtney caught one weighing 68 pounds putting him with a weight of 108 pounds over our weight of 103.8 Still cant believe it..lol But it was fun anyway. rspd507
