I would have to say cut Bluegill would be my Fav. As I can catch a bluegill on a piece of grass (if the are really nailing bait)so would'nt even need worms to catch the bluegill.

its really hard to say. if i have to pick just one i guess it would have ta be nightcrawlers. ive caught 10 pounders on a wad of em, and gills and minnows on a small piece. however, i never leave the house without the danny kings!

Cut shad! Cut bluegill or carp would be second.

To fill your freezer with eatin' sized fish my fav. would have to be Sonnys stink bait. Cant keep the smaller cats away from that.

If the authorities were gonna outlaw all but one bait, I would want to keep perch.... live or dead. They are easy to come by, and are always productive. They will catch all of the big 3. Shad is probably my favorite bait, but it's not always as available as perch.

i would have to say crawlers, because if ya cant catch a cat off of em you can catch a gill and then use it for bait. them crawlers will catch about any kind of fish here in kansas

I've got to be different. I like and use all the baits mentioned on previous post. If I had to pick just one I would have to go with Skipjack Heads. All three species love them. :confident:

Creek chubs. They work both live and cut and are great for multiple species.
