After looking at a lot of empty traps over the past 6 days & doing quite a bit of head-scratching, today was finally a good day on the line. I only have 8 traps out (I guess that ain't much of a "line" is it?), so I reckon I can't holler too much about not knocking down cats everyday. I had a cat completely work a set over yesterday & didn't connect, so I knew I was still doing the right things. The second cat I got today was at a set where I caught the badger the other day, & the first cat was at a skunk remake. It was unseasonably warm here the last week & the skunks were out in force. Grrrr....

Anyway, here's my set that took the first cat in a before/after picture and of both cats at the end of the day.

Nice job the cats. Just curious, what do you do with them? Make a small rug?

I freeze the cats whole and sell them. My furbuyer doesn't want them skinned or handled at all, just brought to him on the carcass.

Sounds like your buyer might have a taxidermy buyer.
