Two helpings of chicken soup (lots of chicken) with garlic, onions, carrots, potatoes & turmeric, basil & thyme with fresh green beans from Aldi. And two marshmallow Peeps for dessert!
Sauteed a bunch of veggies; garlic, asparagus, cabbage, celery, broccoli, mushrooms, spinach, artichokes and then tossed with alittle pasta and topped off with some feta cheese.
I made a couple of Merle's favorites... Linguica with grilled peppers on a toasted french baguette with just the right amount of spicy brown mustard....Cold glass of milk to wash it down.
Fish tacos tonight. Feeling lazy. Thinking about fixing a venison roast sometime this week. Gotta go to the big freezer for that...ugh, sounds like work. LOL!
