. Lost one that looked like he could eat any of these. Braid was running against the concrete as I was trying to bring him up. Oh well, going again tonight.
Nothing much going on last night. Lost one that was probably 20-25 pounds on the bridge. Couldn't get her over the ledge before she wiggled free of the hook. I need to invest in a dip net lol.
At least someone's getting some action. We got a warm spell coming on. Don't look like spring yet but hopefully it will trigger some bites. Congrats and great job!
Went back to the park last night. Water is back down about 5-7 feet. Only had 2 runs in 4 hours so went home. Pretty sure stripers were hitting baitfish out in the channel though.
Looks good Clint. Glad to see someone is catching a few. It has just now warmed up here and if the rain can hold off for a little while I might be able to get out on the water.
We got rain on the way this weekend Tom. It should bring the water temps up and after the river goes down I think it will be our time to start catching em
Love it!! Man she will always remember those times! I have 4 and all but one are off doing other things now but they all still talk about fishing or hunting with Dad from time to time. Can't let those times just pass.
Apparently there is an outlet of the lake right below my house I didn't know about so I tried it out. Water is Crystal clear and only got 1 small flat.
other than that I've lost more rigs than I've gotten bites while trying out new spots the last week. Maybe better luck this week.
