Here are a few photos for folks of the Monster Rods, Kung Fu Grips, Aluminum Reel Seat, Fore Grip, and Hi Viz Tip in case they have not had a chance to check one out in person but would like a close look at it.

I personal do not have the best eyesight and the Hi Viz Tip will certainly be a blessing to me.

Same as the regular Extremes, the big difference being that nice grip. While I'm a fan of cork, I bet that cross-cut EVA feels great in the hand!
Yes Sir, You are sure right about that Grip, my first initial impression of it is thst it seems to really stick in the paws well, I think for those of us that get visited by Mr Arthur Itis it will be helpful

What I'm really liking i think the most is that Hi Viz Green on it, my ol peepers are not what they used to be and could really use all the help they can get.

I can't wait to see how it is when I actually get to put it into action some night.

of all my rods...catfishing or otherwise...here is my fav rod....
https://www.catfishconnection.com/Store/Details/BMSCM75C/RODS/BMCAT/BNM-SILVERCAT-MAGNUM/

I have caught so many big channel cats and flatheads on this rig it is stupid.....

and for everything else.... well there is this

http://stcroixrods.com/products/freshwater/premier-spinning

6'-0" light action....I catch so much fish on this thing....it's kinda silly....loaded up with a 2000 size reel and 6 pound test and I can catch just about anything swimming....

it's bigger brother...a 7'-0 premier medium action with 8 pound test landed me a 30 pound fish not so long ago....it was a fight...but I did it.....that....was a real deal moment.....
