That was a powerful statement you made in that thread about limblines and trotlines. Hopefully others will pay attention to it and quit fighting. I've seen some of the threads and it is a heated debate at times.

Yeah making sinkers gets old, so I usually do about 50-60 lbs at a time of various sinkers, a pain to do, but that much weight lasts me about 2 years. Unless your wife sells them at a garage sale.

Yeah, I figured out about those weights real quick, I was going to the bait store and paying 1.25 a pound, or 1.49 at Mart for 4 oz. If you are ever in need of weights let me know, like I say, I have from 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8's, bank sinkers. Plan on buying some egg sinkers, when I get back home for good.

Truthfully, I wouldn't waste my time at either Liberty or Guthrie. Over the years they have been heavily fished, and my personal thought is once the introducted the saugeye they ruined the lakes. Your best bet is Arcadia. It has some decent fishing in it if your willing to buy an annual permit Makes it a lot cheaper on fishing. And, the larger fish do come into the shore if you don't have a boat.

Lawrence, I didn't say "read EACH post on EVERY thread on the BOC" OR "read every thread on the BOC".....I'm talking about reading EACH post on whatever particular thread I've decided to look at, so I'll know what's been said previously. NOBODY could read all that, even if they were here 24/7. Hell, the staff can't even get through it all.
