I caught my 2 biggest both a little over 36lbs in 2008. Infact, I think 90% of the people fishing the Skuke last year got new PBs. I'm sure we will all do it again in 2009 too. Because of CPR and no one willing to eat em here, they just keep getting bigger and bigger as the years go by. I hope to surpass the 40lb Pennsylvania mark in 09!

My biggest Flathead was caught this past May and weighed 67.2 lbs. I caught the brute on 20# mono using a live Bluegill and fishing on the bottom in about 4-6 feet of water at night. You can see this fish in the Kentucky (Hall of Fame) My next biggest was 43.2 lbs caught this past April using a live Bluegill on a float. The fish was caught near the same spot as my P.B. was.:ooooh:

45lbs here, ever notice hooking them off the hit is easy, it's the landing them thats tough. Some just have no sense of humour with a hook in them.

My biggest flat was at 63lbs and 60lbs. Hopfully I can get a bigger one this summer. That means spending alot of time on the water.
