Default Hummingbird fishfinder not lighting up

I have a Hummingbird fishfinder that was on the boat when I bought it used. When turned on it seems a little dim then just completely blacks out. If you turn on the light you can just barely make it out by straining the eyes real hard. If the fish alarm is turned on it will still beep but can't see a thing.

Now question is....Is it repairable? How? Or is it time to replace?
