Tackle Tracka?

I was reading a post in the tackle thread and saw a google ad about this device that sits on your rod. It is a depth finder, strike alarm, lure speed indicator, and a cell phone (jking)! I did'nt get to far into it. Sure have come along ways since cane poles!
