Grilled up some Turkey breast steaks, and had country crock mashed taters, caned gravy, and caned corn. Good, and easy. Best of all, I done it all outside, and didn't have to heat up the kitchen.

I'm cleaning my grill. Someone gave me one thats been underwater for 5 weeks when the missouri got out of its banks. Lots and lots of cleaning to do on it, but free is free, so it's worth it.

Why do I punish myself reading your food posts? My wife has me on a rabbit food diet…..it SUCKS! Little does she know that I "accidently" pulled through the Derby McDonalds drive through at 6 this AM and was forced to eat some ……………..I tried to fight them teenagers off, but they over powered me…that’s the truth and I'm sticking to it.

The Turkey and corn aint bad for ya Buff. Its the two pounds of taters smothered in butter, and the half gallon of gravy that's punishing LOL

Seen this on the food net work channel. Tomato & mozzarella cheese pizza pie.
Nice way to use up some of your tomatoes.
Get some pizza dough and place into a cast iron skillet lightly coat skillet with olive oil. Slice tomato and mozzarella cheese and layer them into the dough. Brush a little olive oil on top with salt & pepper and place in grill or oven for about 35-40min uncovered until crust starts to brown.
Tried it last night and its Pretty good stuff.
