Currently have a Eagle Fish Easy on the back that came with the boat. I use it mainly for depth. I just purchased a Garmin Echo 200 to mount up front on the trolling motor. I'm hoping that this will help finding structure and holes. It will also give me water temp.

Guess I need to change my vote but it doesn't look like you can do that. The Garmin 200 went back, the screen would go so dark you could not read it after it had been in the sun for a while which made it pretty useless. Did some more looking and research and ended up ordering a Humminbird 597ci HD DI to use on the front with the TM and will continue to use the Eagle Easy Fish on the console.

lol, my excuse is more so I dont kill myself or others . I mainly fish after dark in a lake with over 900 miles of shoreline. With the water low and the timber sticking out its DANGEROUS !!!!! Im able to mark trees, ramps, channel markers and lets not forgot them honey holes. The most used thing I use is my route . I can safely travel at night without hitting a tree, lol. Also I save a ton of gas by sitting in my driveway marking drops, humps, holes, or anything that I think holds fish..........I can do this on any lake I want. So I say I'm being safe and conserving on fuel ; )~

Fish Finder
I had an Eagle Fisheasy ($99) for 10 years that I really liked, but it went bad 3 years ago. I bought a Lowrance X135 ($375) which lasted for 3 years of fishing trips, then flashed a dim light at the ramp, one day, this summer, and went blank. Won't turn on but flashes a dim light each time I push the on/off button. Lowrance doesn't want to repair the X135. And I noticed they're no longer being made. I just ordered a Humminbird 570 ($183) after pricing and reading reviews. I've never concentrated on fish arches, I just need depth, bottom contour and such so chose a lower priced sonar, once again.

hb all dahy long!
I got the hb 798ci si then got navionics card for the midwest about 4 years ago and I love it to this day especially after downloading all the updates. I don't use it to mark fish much but the gps and side imaging are worth every penny imho. Also the down imaging is really cool!! Plus you can save imagies with the snapshot feature. I got a picture on mine of a huge catfish sillohuete in about 20 ft of water that's just amazing-were talking whiskers and all!!!
