For breakfast I like Johnsonville, Hot Italian Sausages on a hotdog buns....slapped directly on the campfire grill.

Lunch is usually deli roast beef/turkey and or ham sandwiches and chips.

Dinner is usually something that use to have horns like deer or beef.

We keep it simple yet tasty because we don't have stoves or power/water where we go. Everything is done on the fire and cleaned with water from the lake ; )

If fishin goes well I eat a ton of fish on handburger buns with cheese, LOL.

Dutch oven breakfast, line the pot with biscuit mix and put in eggs, sausage, Bacon, bell pepper and onion diced, and make white gravy for the top.
For dinner I have to make sausage at least once each trip. Dutch oven, put in olive oil and a little pork grease, chopped onions and green peppers and let them cook down a little then throw in the smoked sausage of your choice and a can of beer and let it cook. Serve it on a hot dog bun with cheese, horse radish, mustard, and maybe a little mayo.
