Not to make excuses but it has to be a huge advantage for LSU to play in there home state for the NC this year just like USC in the rose almost every year.I just wonder how tough these room temperature conferences like the sec and pac 10 would look playing in Ohio or Michigan or Pennsylvania in real hardcore football weather in early january?

Has anyone told these LSU geeks the dangers of playing THE Ohio State University? Every team that has played them this season except Illinois has come down with a bad sickness. All the gumbo and kewpie doll pokin won't protect y'all from contracting a severe case of Laurinitis.
tOSU 35 - LSU 17
Chris "Beanie" Wells - 222 yards rushing
Todd Boeckman- 246 yards passing, 14 of 26 3 td, 2 int.
Anyone got any Beignets (sp?), I am getting hungry for some sweets....sweet victory cometh.

The Ohio State University has 7 Heisman trophy winners and the only two time winner, 6 Lombardi trophy winners and again the only two time winner, 4 Maxwell, Outland and Walter Camp award winners, as well as Eddie George received the Doak Walker Award in 1995
