    Default 3 day canoe trip

    I was wondering if anyone has any good ideas on where to go for a canoe trip this long in tennessee. I been looking, but I aint seeing a whole lot. Any help would be awsone, thanks

    Ah to be young again. Don't know how much experience you have, but the type of river you choose can make a big difference in how far you get in 3 days. A slow moving river with lots of snags will make progress slow - less than 10 miles per day. A river with nice current and snag free can get you 20 plus miles per day. Have a good time.

    I live about 10 miles north of the Tenn. line and anyone I know into the canoe thing goes to Mo. for any kind of long trip.

    I prefer an engine to a paddle myself , sorry I don't know more to tell you.
