i carry a mossy oak knife hunting, not sure what the name is, fixed blade , maybe a 5 1/2-6'' blade. funny story bout the brown handles on knives. i had a NICE NICE NICE NICE case folding knife. killed my first deer, in all the excitment and shaking knees i never saw that knife again. still out there rusting away. i payed 4p bucks for that bad boy. its a shame i spent so much time tryin to find it and never came up successful:tounge_out: i carry a butterfly knife with me everywhere i go when im not hunting and what not. to many times ive had a dog sneak up behind me and heard him last second or had some guys want my wallet more than i do when im by myself. i can pull it out and have the blade where i want it in a matter of almost milliseconds. its a habit to flip it around and you get good at it eventually:roll_eyes:

My favorite is a Columbia River, "Kasper". It is a fixed blade with a hard plastic sheath.

I don't care much for a folding knife when it comes to skinning etc, as they are harder to clean.

I've killed many hogs with it as well as skinning them & deer !!

    Default My Knives!

I have a puma that I bought while on my second tour in Germany. That knife is great. I also just got a craftsman folding razor knife for Christmas.

My favorite knife is the one that I can find when I need one. I have a Queen knife that was passed down to me that is very sharp and will hold an edge. I guess that is my favorite. Thanks

My favorite knife is the Camillus 886 my wife bought me on my birthday the first year we were married.
Camillus was in a partnership with case for many years and when case went to machine made they split. This knife looks alot like the scharade LB7, but is a much better grade of knife in my oppinion.
