Default Pond bait where fish are fed

I haven't ever heard of anyone else doing this but what I have always found to work well in a pond where the fish are fed some type of floating dry fish food is cat or dog food that is in the shape of an "O" where you can put several pieces on your hook. I've caught big ones and smaller ones like this. I've also used a flyrod with a sinking fly that looks like a bee. The bee is usually about the same size as a piece of fish food. Throw out a little fish food then cast your fly right in there. A 6 or 7 lb cat on a fly rod is great fun.
