Thanks Tommy, its getting easier but there are still some rough days but I think I'll make it. :cross:
Also the dart for backlash tangles sounds like a good ideal, I'll have to put one in my box.

aww cmon guys,ok the tape is a must,but this is the best catfisherman site around and noboody mentioned needle-nose plyers :confused: (donno if i spelled that right :o

I have the end of a shovel handle in my box. I use it to break of my line easier when I get hung up on something. I wrap the line around the handle and walk backwards a little.

i have so much :cursing: it ain't funny.
i have 3 tackle boxes.
one huge one with thousands of hooks and bobbers pliers glowsticks leaders matches asprin tums splinter removers emergency ponchos ect...................
one for powerton. a box of assorted cat sinkers and hooks a few smally lures and stringer.
a back pack for remote ponds and far away holes in the creek.
a 17' boat full of knives and small tackle containers.
a 10' boat now fully equipped with troller
and looking into a 14' one to put my new 5.5 on.
and guarenteed every time out i forget something. :o

hey there. remember that the tape in nascar ain't the adverage duct tape. its 200mph tape. dont go repairing no holes in the speed boat with it. lmao. :p

along with all the other stuff I always have several zip lock baggies so I can make sure the good old cell phone doesn't get wet.

Food, cause as soon as I get to the river, I get hungry! Depending on where I am fishing, it could include a stove! Other then that my most used items are the line clippers and hook remover!

Never forget your camera so you can show proof of the fish you catch, I have caught many of fish and wish that I had a camera.
