    it did not work when i bought it but stuck a new battery in it and it works just need instructions on how to operate the programing for the kind of line and weight of line

    yeah it looks cool but abu told me they stopped making them cause they had problems with them and from what i have read about them they eat up batteries pretty bad .... but hey, you can never have too much tackle the way i look at it

    Looks like a sweet reel! I use line counters in all my drifting/ trolling set ups to help me put the bait right where I want it. My Okumas are fairly accurate as long as the spool is full, but hopefully one of these days I can upgrade to nicer reels like that. Being able to calibrate to a specific line is interesting.
