    Default Catfishing the Greenup Dam

    Hello,

    Has anyone been out recently fishing near theGreenup Dam? I have never been there and I have heard there are some big cats to catch? We will be launching from the Wheelersburg ramp and was wondering if anyone has any pointers? Does anyone know where is a good place in the Scioto County area to get
    live/fresh bait? Thanks in advance.

    Default greenup dam

    i fish around the greenup dam alot. you can catch all the bait you need off the walk way right at the dam shad and skips both. any where right around the dam is good we caught a 30 pounder wednesday night from the point just below it. there is also a big bend in the river just upstream from the ramp at wheelersburg we have pulled alot of good fish out of.
