Mutt, I can only tell you how to post youtube vids.
It takes a little typing but is easy.
1) you have to find the vid you want.
In your browser bar at the very top, it lists the entire address,ie: same as the webpage address.
You don't need the whole thing, just the last part between the "=" signs. Usually there is only one = sign so just copy the last part up tp the = sign but not the = sign itself.
THat's the hardest part of the whole thing.
2) then in your post, type these 2 parts.

And paste the part you copied from youtube where the underlines are. remember the brackets on both parts. There both the same except the 2nd one has a forward slash in it. and on the same line.
Kinda hard to show cause it wants to place a vid window in my post.
That's all ya gota do.
