    Default Deer Creek Thursday Night 6/28

    Meeting up with a buddy and my little man for some night fishin Thursday. Not sure if we're fishing the Spillway or Channels yet but if anyone wants to meet up you're more then welcome to come out and teach me how to fish. :p

    Had about 2 hours to kill before my softball game.....No bites but breeze was perfect......

    Bite was slow to non existant last night.....8 poles for 6 hours produced 2 Fry, 2 Softshells, and this guy.......

    Went to Deer Creek last weekend to try and do some good. Fishing for some Crappie in early morning and my buddy got into a few cats. One was a decent size blue...(6lbs) but nothing to write home about. Watched a couple guys drag in Walleye like it was their job. We were on a 12' jon boat, so we didnt venture far. Behind the lodge was as far as I wanted to go. Some (you know what) in a ski boat kept trying to see how close he could get to us without hitting the boat. At least that is what it seemed like.
