I don't know how much he weighed but it was pretty good size. My buddy Dano helped me get the hook out of it. Because I was not putting my hand by its mouth. No sir, not I.

78 lbs. last week. lots of good meat on that bad boy. ive seen a lot bigger but thats the biggest ive ever put n my boat

Caught a estimated 50 pounder the other day on cut bait and boy was he pissed off.

i catch a lot of softshells from 10 to 20 pounds /a few common snappers in the 20 to 40 lb range and only caught 4 allagator snappers that were well over 50 lb but they are to cool to eat and i think they are protected in ga /if not they should be004.jpg my nephews wanted to try some soup so they kept one snapper for the pot
