Help needed big time!!

When I cut up a perch for bait I will take my knife and scrape all the scales off the fish then I will cut the head off for one bait, then go back to just past the gut pocket and cut again, the rest I just throw away. After dark the perch will find shelter near the rocks to hide, so try and fish near the rocks as that is where the big fish will come to find food.

You got all the bait advise you need. But if it's your pond I'd set those rods in a big spread say50 feet apart in the likely places. no luck just keep moving on till you find the sweet spot. Hope that gives you an idea.
