I wanted to thank everyone for the reps an pms and well wishes. We will make it just going to be a tough time for a while is all. I think the wosre part will be I have to put up with her being home all the time. Wimmins have a way of getting in the way now and then lol. On that note I am going into hiding fore Msssss Deb finds me and kicks my ass lol.

Good afternoon! Had my adrenalin rush for the day road to MO. With the DBT Dizzy Blond Tina driving! The 5 lane traffic messes with my nerves i just can't drive in that crap. Now put the DBT behind the wheel with the rest of those nuts and you got a thrill ride that's not very thrilling lol.
Got the chickens there not bad i think i can make them better. They was in a big lot but was still way over crowded so they had picked one another pretty bad.
stuck my arm in chicken crap putting them in the cage when we got home Tina said Eeeeeeeeewwwwwwwww I told her that made me feel at home now lol.Field Staff Member

If you never flown in a J3 you need to nothing beats them. Cruise along at 45mph get to smell the roses from the plane lol. Never has there been a more fun plane to fly. Well except mybey a stearman lol.

Never flew in a J-3, but cut my teeth in an Aeronca Champ, then went to helicopters. Can't just smell the flowers in a chopper, you can feel them!

I love aeroncas what year was that champ? This J3 is a 43 been souped up aa bit has 85hp in it lol.
Couple of other pics o the cub and one of a buddys plane. He also has a cessna 10 which is a fun plane to fly in too.
Nothing like slipping sideways on takeoff lol.

The airknocker was born in '46, just like me. It was the military version, so we called it the L-16. It was the search aircraft for our Civil Air Patrol squadron.

been complaining about the whats new button lately cause i didn't have the new posts button. thought they just replaced it or something. today its here. been having computer issues lately so maybe that had something to do with it but i'm glad i finally got it now.
