It seems this versa track is the thing on newer boats, I think they SUCK. Anyone figure out how the standard driftmaster base can be modified to compensate the angle of the rails so they are level?

There is a few accessories out there but they are hard to find. I just ordered some rod holder bases that are not angled. I'll take a picture of them when they get here.
I helped Steve make one from Monster Rod Holders. He should have them out on the scene soon. Would work for Driftmaster also..
i will have plenty available in a cpl weeks.
Keepitsimple,
Im working on some for my 2070 Roughneck. Very simple design. I'll post some pics when I get them on.
I came up with a workable solution, I bought 3 postion base mounts, thru bolted them on with stop nuts. I have various angles rodholders and ended up taking my zero angle holders off my crappie trolling bar seems to work well. Theres just enough of a lip on the outside to handle a 1/4" bolt and nut. It may be beneficial in the long run being able to change degrees of my rods to suit what I'm doing
