25-30lb fish=2pts.
30-35lb fish=3pts.
35-40lb fish=4pts.
And since 40lbs is landmark for most make it 5pts.

The Westside doesn't have a chance. Westside dominance have been ceased since the 2005-2006 season. The Eastside will have the thing won by the spawn in July!

That's a good plan. The only thing I'd change is start the weight off at 15lbs

I agree with Dave. There are more guys on the susky now. It actually works ... the 3 best catfisherys in PA duke it out in 2012. IMO 20# is too Light. Your going to be very busy tabulateing and takeing pics of alot of average fish on a scale. I liked the 25# bar. 25# plus is a hog and worth getting a photo of. Just my 2 cents..
