    Congrats tan!! Ive been waiting to see a slob like that! Got my blood pumping. Our first serious flatty trip of the season will be on sat. If this rain dont blow out the river. Hopefully the west side can show you what the new record looks like! Lol congratulations again!

    There's no doubt of 50- 60 lb. Flats in PA. Dr. David Argent of IUP caught some over 50 lbs. (trawl or electro fishing, I can't recall) and recorded the data while doing a study of benthic fishes in PA. I did have it bookmarked, but that particular study seems to have been removed. I would say where the big ones were caught, but don't want to start any trouble for members who may fish there. I will say it was in one of the three rivers, and in a 5 mile radius of the Point. I may shoot him an email to see if I can obtain a copy of it.

    It was interesting.
