They are Duck Decoy Bags. You put the Cats in them. When you are moving anywhere you put them in and when you stop you put them back into the water.

I had already thought of that and since I am some what of a space cadet I envision this going down atleast once. what are you all using to secure to the rails on the boat? real caribeaners?
also what are some of your set ups for night lighting? i was thinking of rigging up a cheap reverse light for a car to my round rail around the CC but i dont really want bugs all around me. any sugestions?
