Good morning from Lake Norman where the outside temp. is dropping, but it will not drop down to the point that we get some frost (I hope). Box score fer today looks like this : 34/57/34, with some wind out of the NNW at 5 to 10 MPH.

Off and on I worked in the garden most of the day yesterday. Tilled up some more garden space and planted some beets, spinach and a melody of wild and domestic flowers. I dropped the beet seeds by hand, but mixed up some sand and added the seeds fer the spinach and flowers cause they are so small. Also, it let me see where the seed are in the row because of the difference in color of the sand and the soil. Garden shop has already sold out of broccoli plants ! After doing those chores, I cultivated between the rows of the other things planted to take out some new grass coming up.

Received a referral from another fishing guide mid day yesterday for a fishing trip and tied it all up for this AM. Mom and Dad, with two eight year old girls. Claim that they have never been fishing or on a big body of water. This one should be interesting and I will have to be gentle with them and make sure they feel safe on the water and have a good time. I'm good at that, UK or maybe U didn't.

Paw did alright with din din last night. He fixed some chili with beans in it , of course. Monday night was sketti night and that hit the spot. Tuesday night the RHS has a special dish she wanted to fix and it turned out real good.

Bud Wis Er, give U some free advice on cleaning up behind Wookie. Let the stuff dry, then get the big push broom over in the corner and U can just push his stuff where ever U want it to go. Normally I push it over to the HVAC vents and let it drop down in the HI HO arena.

Good morning everyone!! Giad to see everyone is doing good. It has gotten rather chilly here , but I'm still going to get some minnows when I leave work , hopefully the crappies will cooperate , provided they are anywhere around.

Chilly again this AM. Had to kick the furnace back up to combat the chill. I was talking to a fella yesterday at the Scout meeting and I was telling him how excited i was to get to go fishing this Saturday. He told me that it might be raining that kinda bummed me out for a minute till i checked the weather myself there is only a 40% chance so i am happy again lol.

Get back inside it's 35! The hicks will be happy when it hits 66.

Morning folks. The temp in this old house is 61* with no heat running. I prefer the 72 degree range but that's what bluejeans and long sleeve shirts are for.

Supper tonight: chicken & dumplings (Miss Pooh's idea), cole slaw, and green beans.

Seems the Wookeeto clogged up the new Iranian terlet last night, we might have to consider putting in a bigger drain. Sounds like a job for Mutt.

Gotta get me butt in gear and get some work done. Y'all have a good one!
