Cheap(that one again), Federal makes a home defense round for The Judge. It is widely available in 3" but hard to find in 2.5". I don't see why regular buckshot rounds wouldn't be about the same though. I don't know but I've been told( hup hoop hreep horp) that you can fit a 3" round into that chamber, but will have regrets if you fire it. It seems that the end of the shell will expand into the barrel and jam the gun...real bad. I don't know if it is true or not, but it bears watching.

Dang (yep that one)
A 3" will fit if it hasn't been fired and the guy at BassPro warned me about that and what would happen. However he did add that the gun wouldn't be harmed but don't try it.
There have been a couple comments that I could buy .410 slugs. I figure that a 225 grain .45 would suffice. (which it does).
Mac. Don't you have a lot of trouble with critters in the garden? To name a few - Deer - rabbits - Coons - because that is a basic food plot. Around here it takes an electric fence with 3 loops.

cheep dont try the 45 in the 410 the 410 is only shot gun thats really a calibre it takes a 41 mag pistol shell.
not to get off on a rant here but i couldnt figure out tanya babys post so i dont know for sure if shes in trouble but theres that but again.any man who would strike a woman that was not physicaly attacking him is a dog and like a visous dog should be put down.drunk, sober or any thing in between.

Thanks for the reply Chris. After much research, I think I am going with the Litespeed. I can't let you out-do me on the Lamson. I thought about getting the Sage TCX fast action rod but have decided on the Z-Axis 9'6" in 7 wt. I want it for bigger trout, Salmon, mud sharks and smallies. I like the fast action rods because even a boob like myself, can cast them pretty well. I think soft action rods are for little girls and old women. I have the Orvis Hydros 9' in 5 wt and I really like it. Flex tip which is their fast action. The Orvis reel, the battenkill totally sucks ass. The drag is always loosening up on me. I'm going to replace it with a Guru. So much for saving the tax refund this year. POOF! Gone. And then some. What the hell, you can't take it with you. I used to think fly fishing was for pussies, now I can't get enough. Go figure. By the way, those bead head black fuzzy assed dog pecker flies that you tied were just the ticket for rainbows. They liked my bead head pheasant tails too.

Yea i hear u.. Im happy with the guru ive put er to the test.. I wouldnt mind getting a litespeed either them r nice.. And i been killing fish on the sculpins here. The same ones i sent u.. I caught over 50 fish in 3 days on it.. Its looking rough and still kicking But. Tuna named it beat to hell. lol.. So the beat to hell sculpins r bad a** I no u will enjoy em.. Kinda heavy tho. But they swim really pretty.. Make sure u let them soak a little water b4 u start just casting it. Rabbit fur takes a little to soak. And let me no how they work out for u.. And how u said ur reel was comeing loose. Lamson dont at all.. And they have thee best drag i mean thee dam best drag. Lamson Is just good qaulity and that aint no jive.. And i'll tell u some good affordable wf line.. Prestige from cabelas has some good fly line thats what i use. 39$ cant beat it..
