    Hahaha back in 1977, well bet you were as young as me back then :D But I will try, and 8 oz?! Good goly haha, need to bring my baitcaster out then

    8oz isnt very big for the Potomac I usually use 16oz but you better have a rod that can handle it or you'll end up with a two piece

    Haha, I use 6 oz at biggest usually, dang yeah I have some sturdy rods that I use for surf fishing that should do the trick

    ahah, yeah you did, I can't say you didn't try man haha, I'll get my citation for blues all in due time haha, I need to get my blue and flathead citation to be happy, so far only have a channel cat citation haha
