Hamburgers and spicy tater wedges tonight!!

Tonite will be a repeat of last nite left over ham lol.
Lunch today will consist of bbqed hamburgers and home made tater salad gotta feed my helper today since we are doing the patio cover.

I made a big pot of stew last night. Plenty left for lunch and supper today. Always taste better the next day. Little more spicy too.

Tonight is bowling night, So its (10) Asian Hot wings,side order of Beef won ton's(Monkey nut's) And a Bud Light.

Sausage gravy and buttermilk biscuits, homefries and eggs tonight.

i posted for cannible .. i think who ever it was that loves stuffed peppere .. this is pretty good ...can tweak the spices if you want .. i used fresh garlic and a little more salt.....shane



unstuffed pepper soup

1 Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 15oz. can Tomato Sauce
1 14.5oz. can Petite Diced Tomatoes
3/4 lb. ground beef (uncooked)
4 cups water
2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder (although a 2-3 cloves of minced fresh garlic would be better)
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1-2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup arborio rice, uncooked

saute onions, peppers and beef put all ingrediants except rice in crockpot .. cook all day .. 45 minutes before serving add rice...
